FTP Software
FTP is accessible through most popular web browsers. However, using dedicated FTP Client software ensures a much more stable FTP connection, higher data reliability, and much easier file management on both the sending side and the receiving side.
We highly recommend using a dedicated FTP Client such as:
FileZilla    OpenSource for Mac / Windows / Linux

Acquire a Password
In order to ensure the confidentiality and security of our clients' files, our FTP Site requires the use of a unique username and password for each client. Please contact our Prep Department in order to set up access to the site, or if you have any questions regarding configuration of your FTP Client software to access our site.
